Sparks fly and romance blossoms in this uplifting and comedic play with music.

What's Living on Love Like?

Living on Love is the story of opera diva Raquel De Angelis (Renee Fleming), whose hot-tempered husband Vito (Douglas Sills) falls in love with Iris (Anna Chlumsky), the young lady he has hired to write his largely fictional autobiography. To get back at him, Raquel hires her own handsome scribe Robert (Jerry O'Connell) to write her own story to chronicle her life as a famous and successful opera star. Sparks fly in this riotous play with music, allowing Renée Fleming to showcase her gorgeous soprano voice in an uplifting show. Having starred in more than 54 roles over several decades, this play shows that Fleming has a comedic side to her as well. The play has been revised by DiPietro to bring out the comedy and streamline the story for a modern Broadway audience.

Is Living on Love Good for Kids?

Yes, the show is appropriate for children over the age of 10. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theatre.
