Honeymoon in Vegas is the story of Jack Singer who is terminally afraid of marriage, until he gets up the guts to ask his girlfriend Betsy to be his one and only. They decide to do the deed in Las Vegas, but things go awry when Tommy Korman, a smooth tongued gambler, falls in love with Betsy.

The show is a comedic romp through a hilarious story with a magnificent score. The musical stars Emmy and Golden Globe Award nominee Tony Danza, in addition to Rob McClure (Tony nominated for his starring role in Chaplin) and Brynn O’Malley (Sunday in the Park with George).

Is Honeymoon in Vegas Good for Kids?

Children will enjoy this fun-loving musical. Those under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theatre.

Honeymoon in Vegas on Broadway Background

Based on the 1992 film of the same name, Honeymoon in Vegas is a new musical with a book by Andrew Bergman (who wrote and directed the film), and music and lyrics by Jason Robert Brown (Parade, The Last Five Years). The show transfers to Broadway’s Nederlander Theatre from the Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn, New Jersey, where it received positive reviews. For instance, Ben Brantley of The New York Times called this show a surefire bet. The musical is directed by Gary Griffin and choreographed by Denis Jones.
