Living it Up with Ali & Jack tapes Live every Monday through Thursday from 9am until 10am. There is also a second show every Thursday afternoon at 12:30pm. Arrival time for the morning shows is 7:15am for the 9am show. Arrival time for Thursday afternoons show is 11am for the 12:30pm show.
