Get a "shakedown" on a tour of sites used on The Sopranos,
including Satriale's Pork Store,the cemetery where Livia Soprano is buried,
the Bada Bing night club, the diner where Chris was shot and meet actor
Joe Gannascoli (Vito from the show)
This three-hour bus tour (unlike Gilligan, you will return) takes you through
New Jersey's Sopranoland. You'll learn Sopranos trivia, origins of the show,
and production information on the way... Not to "fugged about"
mafia speak and a stop for connolis!
There are approximately 15 sites visited on the tour, and tour goers will
have a chance to get off the bus at about half of the sites (and even enter a couple of the sites, to visit interior locations where shooting - no pun intended - took place, such as Bada Bing's).
Reservations are required.
Pick up at Bryant Park fountain in Manhattan (Sixth Ave., between 40th
and 42nd Sts)
There is also a pick up at Houlihans in Meadow Plaza off Rt. 3 in Secaucus.
Saturdays at 1:00 PM and Sundays at 2:00 PM
(Private tours available anytime, but you must have at least 10 people
in your group)
The tour lasts approximately 3 hours.
Tickets are $35 each which includes a meeting with actor Joe Gannascoli.
