Aida Show Summary

Aida tells the story of Aida, the enslaved Nubian princess, who falls in love with her capturer the Egyptian captain Radames. Aida becomes the handmaiden to the Pharaoh's daughter, Princess Amneris, who is said to marry Radames. As their forbidden love grows Aida must choose between her heart's desire for Radames and her responsibility to lead her people.

Aida Show Synopsis:

Elton John and Tim Rice's new musical, Aida, is based on the opera by Guiseppe Verdi. The story follows two star-crossed lovers as they navigate through the perils of cultural expectation during the time of Pharaoh in Egypt.
