Broadway Flea Market Today!

Don't forget to drop in to Shubert Alley today to visit the Broadway Flea Market and Grand Auction, benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. The event begins at 10AM, when the various Broadway shows and Broadway-related organizations set up their tables full of goods (old Playbills, props, CDs, theater merchandise, and you-name-it). The auction, which includes walk-on roles in Broadway shows, starts mid-afternoon. And throughout the day, television and Broadway celebrities will be signing autographs. The festivities end at 7PM.

Broadway Flea Market To Take Place September 23rd

The annual Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS fundraising flea market will be held on Sunday, September 23rd this year. Several Broadway luminaries will be taking part in the event, including Bernadette Peters, Vanessa Redgrave, and Brian Stokes Mitchell. The yearly event -- in which Broadway memorabilia is sold and Broadway stars sign autographs for fans -- takes place in Shubert Alley on West 44th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues.
